I’ve always had a passion for ‘Health and Fitness’ and numerous sports. I have played football to a ‘semi-professional’ level, achieved University Colours for 1st XI Football, District Colours for Cricket and played racket sports to a good level.
My ‘claim to fame’ is playing football at the ‘old’ Wembley Stadium – scoring a penalty in the process! Hopefully, one day when we are training together…
If you enjoy working with others our training sessions can be adapted to help two or more of your friends at the same time.
Avoiding a gym class type scenario programs will cater for varying ability and will also be enjoyable.
Programs are also available for couples who would like to train together.
