I’ve always had a passion for ‘Health and Fitness’ and numerous sports. I have played football to a ‘semi-professional’ level, achieved University Colours for 1st XI Football, District Colours for Cricket and played racket sports to a good level.

My ‘claim to fame’ is playing football at the ‘old’ Wembley Stadium – scoring a penalty in the process! Hopefully, one day when we are training together…

Whether you are seeking the ultimate definition, or simply want to tone up a little, we will work together on a range of cardiovascular and resistance exercises to help you.

If you are looking to improve your strength and control, programs will be tailored to help you with any chosen sport. 30 minute flash sessions or longer programs, you will improve.

If you want to be able to run without impacting your joints, or need a gravity free helping hand to get you started – come and explore this unique way of training. It is available to anyone who wants to enjoy training and feel light on their feet.

Fun! – Fitness

All too easy to forget, to enjoy it, exercise needs to be fun! Believe me, you can focus on your goals and enjoy yourself at the same time – I did, and still do. Tug-o-war, balance balls, hurdles and ladders don’t have to take you back to school gym class days- come and enjoy your first session free to experience how fitness can be fun. You’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.
